Here's our holiday in pictures! I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! Our days were filled with lots of food, family & playing with little ones. A little too much playing though...our little girl has a double ear infection, cold & if she feels like me then a sore throat too. See ya'll next year! Be back with my 2010 resolutions! Trying to make good on a promise that I made to you, (Suey) I have returned with pics of little girl, as she can no longer be called baby girl....she is just tooo big. We had these professionally taken right after her first birthday!

I spend my days just listening, watching, loving & being amazed by her. She is babble, babble babbling & trying to make sentences by putting all sorts of sounds & words together. She understands EVERYTHING you say. She won't go to bed until you've played with her hair for a few minutes. I am just amazed by her observance, curiousness, sweetness & the amazing little person that she is & that is developing daily before my eyes.

I have a few more pics to post but they went out in the christmas cards so I don't want to spoil the fun...will post them after the new year!

Where does the time go?

I dont know!

Things are moving at a supersonic pace here at the Amato house. I feel like we start the week on Monday & before we know it we are heading to church & getting ready for a new week.

Audrey turned 14mos & I feel like my baby turned into a big girl over night. She is making sentences like "mama up please" where she is saying "mama up" & signing please!!! BIG GIRL!
She is getting taller & taller (yet keeping that belly). There is no more leaving things on the edge of the table if you don't want to be cleaning up messes.

She know alot of her animals sounds like monkey, sheep(her favorite) dog, cat, snake, cow, duck-of course, ...what am i forgetting ry? She can also tell you where parts of her body are: eyes, ears, head, nose, hair(i know right), mouth, tongue, fingers, toes, belly button & my favorite: ninnies!!! She loves, loves to read ...She is just so big & smart. I can't get over how much she learns, hears, comprehends...can you tell that I'm in love?

We have been in our little cottage here in old mandeville almost a year & we are definitely outgrowing it but we love being just a short walk to the lake. Our home in PA is on the market & we are getting ready to take a big financial hit to sell it. but i guess those are the breaks. We are ready to move on & buy something else.

Trip to Birmingham

Here are a few pics from our trip to Birmingham. We spent most of the time just hanging out with the kiddos & eating good food (Ryan & Jenn are known for there delicious recipes!)
We went to the children's museum, the zoo & even got to have a play date with a friend from high school that I have only seen one other time in the past 10 years. It was so nice to catch up with you Francie & your babies are so sweet!

Of course we made time for some joker & unfortunately the girls were not able to take home a win this time.... I blame it on all the distractions :) but we had fun anyway visiting with Russ & Shireen (long time friends) & spending time lovin on their sweet lil man, Rhys.

Lauren & Derek (Jenn's sister & husband) were around & we always enjoy spending time with them. Derek thanks for your help...wish we could've seen more of you.

Ryan & Jenn thanks for the wonderful hospitality...you always let us come in and take over the place like its ours! We especially enjoyed staying in "Suite 7" which is the newest addition to their house (to accommodate their growing family). Can't wait to see you at Christmas...we love ya'll!

I am reminded everyday how good life is. I am so thankful to be living near family & not digging my car out of the snow. I am thankful for my patient, loving, giving understanding, amazing, cute, sexy husband.


We spent the weekend with Ryan & Jenn in Birmingham ...here is just a few pics from the week.I will update more on the trip later.
